MOULD
The mould is made of special catering plastic and is heat
resistant for temperatures of 95°C in order to form
the blocks of corn-meal.
Each one has a removable bottom to make boxing easier.
Each mould has 10 shapes of 1000g.

It holds 48 plastic moulds.

CURLER
The machine is designed for curling tubular type packaging
film for corn-meal on a tube and simultaneously for printing
the sell-by date.
The machine is made completely of stainless steel and
curls the packaging film at a speed of
70 m per minute.
It has the possibility of varying the speed and the compression
of the film on the tube.
The machine comes with a hot or roller stamp.
It works on 380v 50Hz.
CORN-MEAL EXTRACTION SURFACE
A special surface in stainless steel which is used to
extract the cooled corn-meal blocks from the moulds.
INJECTION PUMP
Special examinable pumps in stainless steel for corn-meal
treated for hardening.
They are controlled electronically by the packaging machine
MOD.SVN3.
OUTFLOW PUMP
Special examinable pumps in stainless steel for corn-meal
